Our vehicles are available to service bookings 24 hours a days. Our reservations office is open 8am till 8pm during the week and 9am till 5pm on weekends and public holidays. If you need to speak with us outside of office hours, we have a staff member on call. Just dial 1300723258 and follow the prompts.

At the airport, your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall and will be holding a sign displaying your name. You will also recieve an automated text message 20 minutes before your booking time which contains a link. Click on the link to see your chauffeur's name, contact details, vehicle details and live position on a map.

Absolutely. The vast majority of our business comes from repeat, account holding customers. We suggest you contact us in the first instance, we'll have a chat about your requirements and put together a bespoke package for you.

The safety of our customers and chauffeurs is our top priority. With that in mind, we have developed a comprehensive policy to mitigate the risks presented by Covid-19. Our chauffeurs wear masks while working and we encourage clients to do the same. We also provide complimentary single use masks and hand sanitiser in all of our vehicles. Vehicle touch points are sanitised after each trip with single use alcohol based, antibacterial disinfectant wipes.

Absolutely. We have top of the line Britax seats for infants and young children. They're maintained in pristine condition and are properly fitted to the vehicle. Laws vary from state to state regarding the use of car seats for children in chauffeured cars, however it is our policy to only carry young children if they are sitting in an age appropriate seat, so please advise us at the time of booking if you are traveling with young children.

Our vehicles operate throughout Australia in every capital city and many regional cities and towns. We also maintain a strong international network with hand picked partners in New Zealand, Europe, the USA and Asia. So no matter where you're going, we can have a vehicle waiting for you.

Travel times vary throughout the day depending on traffic volume and weather conditions. However, at a minimum we suggest allowing at least 30 minutes each way from the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane central business district and 20 minutes in Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and Darwin. Please contact us if you would like more detailed guidance for a specific time of day.

Absolutely. We are authorised with the New South Wales Government Point to Point Transport Commission. Our Booking Service Provider Number is BSP-401396.

Please contact us immediately, we will follow up with your chauffeur and arrange to get your property back to you as quickly as possible.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and electronic funds transfer with prior arrangement for our account customers.

Our chauffeurs do not handle any payments. All invoicing is conducted in the office which means when you arrive at your destination you're ready to go.

Tipping for exceptional service is very much appreciated but is never expected or required.

You are welcome to eat and drink non-alcoholic beverages in our vehicles. However, spillages resulting in damage or time off the road for cleaning must be paid for. It is against the law to consume alcoholic beverages in our vehicles and fines can be imposed by the Police.

No. Smoking is illegal in our vehicles and fines can be imposed by the Police.

There can be. We will always do our best to provide you with an accurate quote based on the information you provide to us. However the price can vary for a number of reasons including additional airport parking charges, keeping your vehicle waiting, deciding to take a different route or making additional stops. If you any questions about pricing please contact us directly and we'll be more than happy to assist.

Absolutely. You will incur additional charges for unplanned stops, but we're more than happy to accommodate.

We have the luggage capacity of each vehicle type listed on our fleet page. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage please contact us to discuss your needs. We can fit luggage trailers to some of our vehicles which gives you significantly more capacity. We can also send dedicated luggage vehicles.

Relax and know that we'll be there no matter what. We monitor all flight arrivals and departures in real time. You only need to contact us if your flight number changes. Otherwise, we've got you covered.

Most customers book a few days in advance and that's ideal timing to ensure we have a vehicle available for you. However, we can often accommodate last minute bookings. Call us we'll do our very best to accommodate you.
